    Okay so heers my question. Why can't he determine when it happened, could throwing up for 7 hours dry heaving after drinking too much 151 have caused it. I am never going to drink again but want to know if it could have caused it. Could a major accident brain injury have caused it actually a head trauma, as per ER staff, have caused it? He wants me on 2 meds, simrastahn 40 mg and clonopin 0.5 mg, what are some side effects I should be ready for taking these. I am scared to death to die. So are we all. He said one baby aspirin a day, 1 multi vit, and htese 2 drugs will save me from having another one. Bit I want to try an all natural way also. I recently lost 74 lbs and gained 5 back. I am dizzy, light headed and nauses right nowbut do not want to take these meds at work due to him saying they'll cause sleepiness. EEEEAAAAARRR. I am so mad at my friend for mixing that $%^&*( drink 151. GRRRRR.... Will any symptoms from the first stroke still effect me today, will it increase if I do any bad things? Like not rest, not eat right, ??? What are some of these symptoms I should be ready for to come???>>>>>> Is there a stroke victums group or something I could get together and email to?? Like a stroke hotline or support group???? I have so many unanswered questions and yes I have high anxiaty so I am kind of panicing. I am a strong person. what the heck happened to me???? I lost 74 lbs and kept it off for 2 yrs. I eat healthy now. Geezz I feel lost. okay all htis worry is making my head hurt. I'll go take that aspirin now.

  10. Help! alternative remedies for chronic pain from radical neck surgery?

    my mom has fought 3 diff. cancers for 13 years and is now cancer free; but she still experiences chronic pain from a prev. neck surgery (during her 1st and 2nd cancer treatment). i think the wound is still not properly healed inside coz when she is exposed to hot humid weather, her "wound" become red and swollen and she constantly feels stabbing pain-she says its as if her nerves are getting stretched. her condition got a little better when the wound healed from the outside but until now she still experiences pain and it gets worse in hot and humid weather. she has to stay in an air conditioned room most of the day coz when she sweats her neck wound would sting and get swollen all over again. how can i help my mom deal with the pain? she takes pain killers but she doesn't want to be dependent of them. are there other alternatives out there? i really hope you can help.

  12. Anybody have a child that ever had a head injury?

    My son hit my daughter with a broom in the head three weeks ago and then 10 minutes later she ran into a chair. She had a bump in the middle of her forehead and a bruise. It is gone now but today she complained of a headache and while rubbing her head i felt a hard bump under the skin. Could it still be healing or should i call the doctor tomorrow? Other then her head hurting today the last three weeks she has been her normal self.
