  9. Have I slowed down the recovery rate and even worsened the damage of my traumatic brain injury through this?

    August 8, 2010, 9:03 am
I slept on my headback for the first 2-3 months after my traumatic brain injury (concussion). Then, I decided to try sleeping on my facebone (on my face) to see if it would help. Within a week, my symptoms improved by a lot and my head no longer hurt after I wake up every morning nor did i feel dizzy anymore after waking up every morning. This can only mean when I slept on my headback it had a negative impact on my head. So has it added severe damage to my head and slowed down my recovery rate because I am sure I would have healed much faster if I had slept on my face from the start.
